How do I create a new place description?
The place recorder or real estate agent can add a place description to the selected property.
Complete the details of the inventory to invite all parties. Simply copy all data & photos from previous place descriptions.
What is the difference between an entry and exit location description? Can I copy data?
With an entry, or a 1st entry, all information from parties and the property must be added.
All information, photos and comments can be copied in full when the same pant is released or when it is new. This information can be easily edited.
By copying previous data, new entries & exits are very fast!
Can I upload old place descriptions?
You can upload documents about the property to keep them digitally. You can upload all previous location descriptions in PDF format.

How can I indicate that damage has been established in a property description?
Elements & photos can be added to each room. At the photo you can check whether the element needs to be repaired and you can comment on the repair.
After checking the repair, it will be indicated that a repair is needed in the relevant room.
How do I know which repairs need to be performed?
When completing the description of the location, the registrar will see a summary of all repairs. After his approval, this list will be delivered to the owner by mail & SMS. The owner then decides which repairs he wants to have carried out.
The tenant receives a status overview of the repairs via Mail & SMS.
The IMMO gets a clear overview of repairs that they have to have performed as administrator or repairs that the owner carries out. In this way, the IMMO can monitor the status of all repairs to be made.
Can I easily manage my repairs?
With the management module, the IMMO can manage the repairs itself. For example, it is possible to assign your own professionals to the platform or to consult recognized professionals within the IMMOplanit platform.
